Studio A
Our trainers love using this studio for strength training and small group sessions.
Studio B
Our trainers use this studio for balance and gait, private Tai Chi sessions, and other rehabilitative training.
Studio C
Our trainers use this studio for hydraulic circuits, movement patterns, and range of motion exercises. This studio is also great for small group sessions.
Studio D
This studio is perfect for small-group classes! The space maxes out at roughly 7 or 8. This also allows the instructor to give more individual attention to each participant.
